How to pay the down payment

Once you have received a booking confirmation by email, you should send us your confirmation down payment using one of the following methods.

The amount of the confirmation down payment for weekly stays is 200 EURO per room.

CREDIT CARD

Hotel SOLE uses the CARTASI XPAY on-line payment system.

All operations are handled through safe guaranteed servers.

Just click on “On-line payment” and enter your credit card details as requested by the bank (this operation is between you and the bank). Once the operation is completed, you will receive a confirmation of payment directly from the bank.

Please note that when paying by bank transfer or postal order, you must enter your booking details as reason for payment.

Example: Down payment for John Smith booking, check-in July 1, check-out July 15 (the name must be the same used at the time of booking)
